Transfer Pricing Executive Class is specifically designed to meet with the needs of professional officers such as accounting, tax, or finance executive, whether they staff or superintended, and tax consultants. Student with relevant discipline background are also welcome to join. This executive class has the same basic structure with the regular class; however, we also enhance more practical skills and guidelines on how to manage transfer pricing risk.

Course Structure:

1. Section 1: Introduction and Fundamental Source Section
2. Section 2: Functional, Comparability Analysis and Transfer Pricing Methods Section
3. Section 3: Transfer Pricing Analysis and Specific Transactions Section
4. Section 4: Compliance Issues and Dispute Resolution, with Relevant Case Law Paper Examination
5. Section 5: Examination

Course Schedule and Fees:

Courses are scheduled on every Saturday from 09.30 a.m. to 03.30 p.m., lasting one and half academic months. The fees for Transfer Pricing Course – Executive Class will amount to 6 million (IDR). This includes all power point materials, required and complementary literatures and goodie bag. We also provide light meals and coffee break to all participants.
